Embedded YouTube and Vimeo videos

Some project pages include video players provided by YouTube or Vimeo. When an embedded player loads, your browser connects directly to the relevant provider. The provider receives technical information, including your IP address, and may use cookies or other browser storage.

We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain and Vimeo’s do-not-track parameter where supported. These settings do not prevent every form of processing by the providers.

Analytics, fonts and cookies

We do not currently use Google Analytics or another audience-measurement service on this website. Fonts are served from our own hosting rather than requested from Google Fonts.

WordPress uses authentication and preference cookies for authorised users who sign in to administer the website. Embedded video services may use cookies or browser storage as described above.

Hosting and email service providers process information as necessary to support our website and communications, subject to the applicable arrangements with those providers.

Our website also links to external websites, including festivals, partners and Facebook. Those websites operate under their own privacy policies. The Facebook link is a normal external link, not an embedded social-media widget.
